Milwaukee, Wis. (5/10/13) – Our April 27 fundraiser, Cirque du SAL, raised more than $48,000, a significant increase over last year’s proceeds. The funds support young adults in our Independent Living Services (ILS), which helps former foster children successfully transition to adulthood. There are not adequate government resources to support this program, so it relies on fundraising efforts such as this. read more…

Milwaukee, Wis. (2/27/13) – President and CEO Teri Zywicki has been appointed by the governor to a three-year term on the state’s Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board. The panel promotes research and strategies that help prevent child abuse and neglect.
