Overview

St. Aemilian-Lakeside's Care Coordinators work as care managers for Wraparound Milwaukee, a nationally recognized managed care program providing mental health services for children and families.

Care Coordinators work with children and families in the child welfare or juvenile justice systems, helping them to organize support networks among family, friends, and the community. These support networks in turn empower families to see themselves through difficult times.
