St. Aemilian-Lakeside is now hiring for Integrated Family Services. Integrated Family Services is a subsidiary of St. Aemilian-Lakeside and is the agency provider of services to Region 3 of the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare.
OPEN POSITIONS
Care Coordinator
We have the need for a full time Wraparound Care Coordinator. Successful candidate will work with youth and their families to provide coordination of mental health treatment services, crisis management, intervention and advocacy. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of family systems, community resources and the willingness to work with families in their homes. The ability to work independently, experience working with families, being able to handle crisis situations, and experience working with a diverse population is a must. Must have a BS or BA in Social Work or related field. Job requires flexible hours and candidate must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a car. Child & Family Therapist (School Based Services)
Our school based mental health program is in need of an individual to work with our strength based team. We provide individual, family and group therapy to children in Washington and Ozaukee County to support school success. MSW or equivalent required. Child and family therapy experience preferred. Candidate must have the ability and willingness to develop and provide staff development training on various mental health topics and to work well within a school system. Flexible scheduling includes mainly school hours and some evenings. Must have own transportation and be willing to travel.
Child & Family Therapist (Residential Treatment)
We are currently seeking a master’s degree clinician with a major in social work or related field to provide clinical and case management services, for troubled youth and their families in our residential treatment program. Knowledge of the child welfare system in Milwaukee is a plus. Two years post Master’s relevant experience with 3000 hours, MA # and LCSW or LPC licensure preferred. Responsibilities include providing individual, family and group therapy, clinical case management, and accurate and timely documentation of same. Will work collaboratively with treatment team members from the child’s family and school, the purchaser of service, and all collateral providers and team members. Flexible schedule (modified second shift), some evenings and weekends are required. Applicants must have own transportation, meet car insurance requirements and have a valid driver’s license.
Clinical Supervisor
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor in our Milwaukee-based Treatment Foster Care program. Position provides supervision to in-home clinical staff working with high-needs youth in treatment foster homes. Requires an MSW or related graduate degree; APSW or equivalent required; LCSW preferred. Knowledge of child welfare and experience with family systems-based service delivery required. Position requires rotating on-call responsibilities and offers flexible schedule. Applicant must have own transportation, meet car insurance requirements and have a valid driver’s license.
Director of Quality Improvement
We are seeking a Director of Quality Improvement to lead quality assurance and staff development activities across the agency. Must have a minimum of ten years experience in the professional field and five years of progressive management and supervision. MSW in Social Work, or a MA in psychology, counseling, human services, or related field is required.
Ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage the details and regulatory requirements of quality assurance, regulation and licensing, certification, and accreditation standards. Will have demonstrated ability to identify, collect and analyze outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to manage staff development planning, curriculum development, and facilitation of training. Ability to integrate best practice standards across programs to enhance service delivery and measurable outcomes. Will be responsible for effective collaboration with the program divisions and accountable for overall agency staff development plan.
Oversee the implementation and training, and agency-wide use of Total Record client database. Responsibility to lead the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee and Positive Behavior Support Committee.Ability to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing excellent public relations skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Human Resource Manager
The HR Manager guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for St. Aemilian Lakeside (SAL) and its subsidiaries. The major areas directed are: recruitment, retention and hiring, employee relations, performance management and salary administration, policy development and documentation, employee orientation, benefits administration and ensures agency compliance with all governmental and legal reporting requirements and law, coaching and leadership in staff development and disciplinary procedures. A bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Management and five years of progressive responsibility in professional work experience in human resource management and supervision.
Independent Living Specialist (full-time)
St. Aemilian-Lakeside is seeking a candidate for the position of Independent Living Specialist for our Independent Living Program. The position requires a master’s degree in social work or a related field. Experience working with youth in foster care, including the adolescent population, is required. Responsibilities include providing case management and intensive independent living skills training for foster youth between the ages of 16-19 who are living in a treatment foster family setting. In addition, the Independent Living Specialist coordinates the referral and placement process, provides support to the foster parents, works effectively with birth parents, collaborates with other treatment providers and team members, provides crisis intervention, and completes all required documentation related to the youth in the program. Flexible schedule with evenings and some weekends. Must have transportation, a valid driver’s license and a driving record that will meet company requirements .
Marketing Coordinator
Seeking energetic professional to help guide agency’s marketing efforts. Focus on achieving growth initiatives and sharing client outcome success. Responsible for service brochures, website, annual report, and other marketing materials. BA/BS in marketing, journalism, or a related field and 3-5 years experience. Knowledge of child welfare and experience with InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop a plus.

Integrated Family Services currently has an open position for an Ongoing Case Manager. Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field required. Applicant must be bilingual (Spanish speaking) and will be expected to complete a proficiency test upon request.

Positive Behavior Support Specialist
We are currently seeking Positive Behavior Support Specialist(s) to work in a therapeutic educational program. Bachelors degree in social work, special education, human services or a related field is preferred . Must have prior experience working with children with severe emotional and behavioral disabilities. Responsibilities include active behavior management throughout the school and in classrooms, assistance in the development and implementation of behavior management plans, successful management of student behavior, expertise in use of approved Positive Behavior Support/Nonviolent Crisis Prevention Intervention techniques and trauma informed care.
Program Support - Care Coordination
St. Aemilian-Lakeside is seeking a candidate to join our team in the Care Coordination Department. Strong communication, good typing and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast paced, team oriented setting. Proficiency in Windows environment; Microsoft Word, Outlook, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Ideal candidate will have experience developing new procedures for improving workflow and have the ability to set up tracking systems for departmental documentation. Also must be able to work independently. Requires two or more years of administrative experience. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company standards, insurance, and a car.
Teacher (2009-2010 School Year)
We are looking for a dynamic teacher for the St. Aemilian-Lakeside’s Day Treatment program. Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in special education or a related field. Candidate must possess a Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction License in Special Education; Cross categorical, EBD, LD or be able to obtain provisional DPI licensure in special education and verification of enrollment in an EBD certification program. Candidate must have previous experience in working with children with severe emotional and behavioral and learning disabilities, child and/or adolescent development, knowledge of special education programming and processes and behavior management. Ideal candidate will have experience and skills in differentiation of instruction and sensory integration.
TFC Clinical Coordinator
We are seeking a full-time Treatment Foster Care Clinical Coordinator to provide intensive in-home services, clinical case management, and foster parent support in our treatment foster care program. Requires an MSW or related graduate degree and certification as an APSW or equivalent. Knowledge of child welfare and experience working with youth and families required. Position requires rotating on-call responsibilities and offers flexible schedule. Applicant must have own transportation, meet car insurance requirements and have a valid driver’s license.
Youth Counselor
(Part-time)
We are currently looking for part-time youth counselors. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Ideal candidate will have experience working with abused, neglected and emotionally disturbed children. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts are available to include weekends, evenings and holidays. Must have a valid driver’s license. A criminal background check will be conducted on all potential applicants. Salary is commensurate with experience.
Youth Transitioning to Adulthood Coordinator
St. Aemilian-Lakeside is seeking a candidate to coordinate all functions related to our Youth Transitioning to Adulthood Services. These services are Supportive Permanent Housing, which serves homeless adults ages 18-24 who experience mental illness, YTA Scholars, which provides ongoing resources and guidance to former foster youth and Youth Moving On, our newest initiative, which provides supportive housing to former foster youth. The Coordinator position provides clinical and administrative supervision to program staff and oversees all responsibilities related to administering the services. This position is currently 30 hours per week, with the potential to grow to full time based on program growth. Benefits are included.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing housing to high risk populations, and experience in working with high risk young adults, specifically young adults who experience mental illness and/or were in the foster care system. Candidate must have supervisory experience. Master’s level degree in social work or related area is required.

Court Liaison
The position serves as the primary link from the Bureau of Milwaukee Welfare Child and the Milwaukee (BMCW) Children's Court Center and functions largely in a consultative role, ensuring that all staff is kept current about court-related events and changes. The Court Liaison routinely appears in court on behalf of case managers and orients new staff to practical application of court policies and processes. Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field. Minimum of 1 1/2 years of experience as an On-Going Case Manager within the BMCW.
