St. Aemilian-Lakeside is now hiring for Integrated Family Services. Integrated Family Services is a subsidiary of St. Aemilian-Lakeside and is the agency provider of services to Region 3 of the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare.


OPEN POSITIONS

Ongoing Case Management Program Director

Integrated Family Services, Inc., a non-profit subsidiary of St. Aemilian – Lakeside, Inc., working to support the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare, is proud to announce the creation of an additional management position within Ongoing Services. This key leadership position, Ongoing Case Management Program Director, will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of child welfare service policies, procedures and outcomes related to case management within the Ongoing Case Management program. The successful candidate will have proven management success in the areas of employee recruitment, retention and leadership, orientation and staff development, plus solid hands-on experience in administrative and legal compliance. Qualified candidates must hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work plus 5-7 years related professional experience including demonstrated knowledge of child welfare services, adoption, foster care, medical assistance, applicable state and federal regulations, plus consultation and conflict resolution techniques are all critical to the success of this position. Certification and/or Licensure as a social worker or related field is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required; prior public speaking experience and report writing background a must. A valid Wisconsin driver’s license is required. This challenging position requires strong self-management skills including adaptability, flexibility, and resilience.

Healthy Family Case Manager

Integrated Family Services is a subsidiary of St. Aemilian-Lakeside and is the agency provider of services to Region 3 of the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare.  Integrated Family Services currently has an opening for a Healthy Family Case Manager.  Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field required. Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.  This position provides case management and crisis services to children and families within the family home, who have been referred due to child abuse, neglect, or maltreatment.

Bilingual Social Worker 

We are seeking a full time social worker to provide in-home counseling and support services to kinship foster families with the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare. Fluency in Spanish and English, familiarity with Milwaukee’s child welfare system, and experience working with complex families on an in-home basis are required. Job is based in St. Aemilian-Lakeside’s Metro-Milwaukee office and involves travel within Milwaukee. Requires a BSW or related degree and at least two years experience working in a social service setting with families; MSW is preferred but not required.  Position offers flexible schedule. Applicant must have own transportation, meet car insurance requirements and have a valid driver’s license.  Minorities are encouraged to apply.

Integrated Family Services, Inc., a non-profit subsidiary of St. Aemilian-Lakeside, working to support the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare, is currently seeking human service professionals to join our team of Case Managers in Safety Services.  Overall responsibilities focus on the safety and well being of the clients we serve along with reunification and permanence.  In pursuit of our goals, Integrated Family Service Safety Services case managers will perform home visits, attend meetings with family and services providers, perform data entry and reporting duties and participate in court proceedings

Care Coordinator

We have the need for a full time Wraparound Care Coordinator.  Successful candidate will work with youth and their families to provide coordination of mental health treatment services, crisis management, intervention and advocacy. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of family systems, community resources and the willingness to work with families in their homes. The ability to work independently, experience working with families, being able to handle crisis situations, and experience working with a diverse population is a must.
