We are seeking to fill the position of Quality Improvement Support Specialist. Associates degree in Human Services or a related field required, bachelor’s degree preferred. Ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to understand legal documents and proceedings specific to child welfare within the Children’s Court System and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with court personnel including judges, court commissioners, district attorneys, Guardian ad litems & private bar attorneys. Candidate must be proficient in computer software applications, have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate professionally to all stakeholders and outstanding problem solving skills in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities will include:- Tracking and auditing timely submission of permanency plans and extension court reports
- Timely completion of a placement packet following a change of placement hearing
- Ensuring completed court documents and related correspondence from case management staff are collected, transported, filed, stamped and distributed appropriately and timely
- Liaison between case management staff and court personnel.
