Director of Quality Improvement
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead quality improvement and staff development activities across the agency. An MSW in social work or an MA in psychology, counseling, human services or a related field is required. Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the professional field and five years of progressive management and supervision; must also hold a certification in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics.
Ideal candidate will have a demonstrated understanding of and an ability to manage the details and regulatory requirements of quality improvement and accreditation standards, a demonstrated understanding of administrative business functions, a demonstrated ability to manage staff development programming and curriculum development, the ability to facilitate training and to identify and analyze data collection practices to measure program impact and outcomes. Candidate must have the ability to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing excellent public relations skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Overall responsibilities to include:
- Management of regulatory standards and program reporting processes
- Data collection and measurement practices
- Implementation of agency’s trauma informed care initiative and development of the TIC model training curricula
- Oversight of NMT practice and outcomes

Lead Family Preservation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced human service professional to assume the responsibilities of Lead Family Preservation Specialist. Ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and certification by the state of WI as an Advanced Practice Social Worker. Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of supervised experience in family and child welfare. Will also consider candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, preferred candidate will have obtained a Social Work certification. Bachelor’s level candidates must have a minimum of 3 years supervised experience in family and child welfare. Candidate must be knowledgeable in: the application of social work theories, practices and techniques of casework; the laws and regulations pertaining to social services, children, youth and families; and the utilization of community resources. Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required, including strong public speaking and report writing skills.
Responsibilities to include; effectively advocating for the needs and interests of families in the child welfare, education and community services arenas, assessments of child and family’s needs and development of strengths-oriented treatment goals with the overall primary goals focusing on child safety and improved family functioning. In pursuit of our goals, the Lead Family Preservation Specialist will perform usual case management activities on assigned cases, along with training, support/direction, and outcome tracking functions.

Family Interaction Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced human service professional to fill the Family Interaction Supervisor position within the Family Services department. A bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree in social work or related degree preferred. Ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and a minimum of two years of experience in social services and/or foster care services. Candidate must have knowledge of child welfare and an understanding of laws and regulations pertaining to social services, children, youth and families. Experience working in diverse communities and knowledge of community resources and how to utilize resources is required. Customer Service/Parking Lot Attendant – part time
We are seeking a customer-service focused professional to fill the position of Customer Service/Parking Lot Attendant. High School diploma is required, some college preferred. Candidate must be able to perform physical activities, i.e. walking and/or standing for extended periods of time, running, stooping and lifting. Ideal candidate will have customer service and parking lot attendant experience and must be able to represent the agency in a positive, professional manner. Residential Third-Shift Supervisor
We are seeking a dynamic professional with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, criminal justice, social work or a related field to fill the position of Residential Third-Shift Supervisor. Ideal candidate will have prior supervisory and direct youth-care experience. Applicant must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, general computer competence, and the ability/willingness to work with challenging children who have experienced significant trauma and/or other life stresses. Positive Behavior Support Specialist

Residential Youth Counselors – full time

Receptionist/Clerical – part time, pool staff
We are seeking to fill a Receptionist/Clerical part-time pool staff position. Candidate must be knowledgeable of general office and receptionist procedures with the ability to multi-task in a fastpaced setting. Must be highly customer service focused, have excellent communication and telephone skills and be able to problem solve. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the Windows environment; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Prior receptionist/switchboard and office experience is a plus.
Candidate must be committed to working a flexible on-call schedule. Candidate also will be responsible for providing receptionist coverage on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Candidate will cover receptionist on-call hours as needed and work some full days in the receptionist area from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Full coverage days will be based on the scheduled vacation/sick time of the full-time receptionist.
Registered Nurse
We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to supervise LPN staff, oversee routine and emergency medical, dental and pharmacy services provided to boys in residental treatment. Candidate will provide clinical oversight of the medical office as well as consultation to the treatment teams regarding resident health. Responsibilities include review of all medication administration functions, review of resident health records, direct assessment and intervention with clients as needed and clinical direction of the medical office assistant.
This position will also provide staff training on medications, first aid and infection control, as well as resident education on health, wellness and personal medications. This individual also may assist in the development and/or revision of health-related policies and procedures. Current Wisconsin RN licensure and CPR Certification required. Minimum three years of experience preferred in Pediatric/Adolescent, Psychiatric Medicine, and/or Quality Assurance Management. Must have a valid driver’s license. Flexible hours, but primarily M-F during regular business hours. Some evening and weekend hours may occasionally be necessary.
Licensed Practical Nurses
We are seeking licensed practical nurses (full and part time) in our residential treatment facility. Candidates must be licensed by the State of Wisconsin and must have/maintain a CPR and first aid certification. Primary responsibilities include dispensation of medication to clients; accurate, detailed documentation of same; arranging for prescriptions to be filled by a pharmacy; packaging medication as necessary for off-grounds activities/passes, and observing for medication-related side effects and adverse reactions. In addition to medication-related responsibilities, the candidate will track and arrange client medical appointments, transport clients to providers, and act as liaison between the providers and agency staff.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with others, communicate professionally, solve problems effectively, and maintain composure in a fast-moving and challenging environment. Candidate will also provide direct health care to clients as appropriate to skill level. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends and should have an acceptable driving record that meets agency requirements.
