Diversity Plan
We recognize that diversity is not an end but rather a means
of helping to achieve our goal of strengthening our agency and enhancing
its success. St. Aemilian-Lakeside has a staff-driven Diversity Committee, with
representation from all divisions, to address workplace diversity.
The committee has drafted a results-oriented diversity plan to reflect
the priorities of the agency. This is an active plan that is monitored and directed by the Diversity Committee, and it is part of the agency's overall strategic plan. All employees
will be asked to embrace and honor the values expressed by the agency
and support the achievement of our diversity goals.
