Care Coordination
Care coordination at St. Aemilian-Lakeside works to build support networks within the community for children in the Wraparound Milwaukee program, a type of managed care program designed to assist children with complex mental health and emotional needs.
Caregiver Support
The Caregiver Support Program provides professional support, counseling and education to licensed foster parents and kinship providers to enhance out-of-home placements.
Community Day Treatment
Community Day Treatment provides education and therapeutic services in Fairview School, in the Elmbrook School District, for Waukesha County children aged 12-18 with emotional and behavioral challenges.
Family Services
This program provides clinical and supportive services to bolster the work of Integrated Family Services. The goal of Family Services is family unification, promoting well being and keeping families together.
Foster Care
This program provides safe, nurturing foster homes for children with emotional, behavioral or developmental challenges who are unable to live with their families.
Friendships Unlimited
Friendships Unlimited is a recovery center that offers educational, social and recreational programs in Waukesha for adults living with mental illness.
Independent Living Services
St. Aemilian-Lakeside is involved in a number of efforts to provide high quality services to foster youth who are leaving the system because they turn 18.
School Based Services
This prevention-focused mental health program, conducted in a student’s own school, helps children in elementary and middle schools whose emotional or behavioral challenges are significantly affecting school performance.
Short-Term Residential Treatment
Short-Term Residential Treatment provides on-site therapeutic and educational services for boys 5 through 16 who have serious emotional and behavioral challenges.
Spring City Corner Clubhouse
Spring City Corner Clubhouse is a free, voluntary program that helps Waukesha County residents living with the effects of mental illness build the skills and self-esteem needed to find jobs, through work at the clubhouse and employment programs.
Transitions Therapeutic School
The Transitions Therapeutic School is an on-site, full-day academic program for boys age 5-17 with emotional and behavioral challenges. A strong academic curriculum combined with therapy help children transition successfully back to their own schools.
